Terms and Conditions

Accreditation:

I do not accept/receive any payments towards my work but require credit where necessary. I.e. Newspaper or Club Promotions.
When credit is needed, the client must use the following string of text: “Photo by JaimeGraceUK’s World” and supply my website: “https://www.jaimegraceuksworld.co.uk/”

Cancellations/ Time adjustments:

The client must give JGUW 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or any time adjustments via agreed contact method. Under special circumstances short notice may be acceptable.
JGUW reserve the right to cancel or change of time for the session if deemed necessary and will adhere to give 48 hours’ notice when possible.

Editing:

Editing may take up to two weeks, but JGUW reserve the right to extend this, and notification will be given if extra time is required.
Client must ask permission of JGUW if they are wanting themselves/another photographer/editor to adapt any pictures provided by JGUW.

Image usage:

JGUW reserve the right to use photographs on social media such as, but not limited to, Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), and website for promotional purposes. As a client, you reserve the right to refuse the use of your photo/imagery and should this be the case then JGUW must be notified in writing.
If the client wishes to use the product for commercial and/or finance gain, then the client must seek explicit permission from JGUW before proceeding to do so. In the event that permission is given, then the client must give credit where due. Please note that a royalty fee may occur, and you will be notified of this.

Printing & Products:

JGUW will not supply any hard copy prints, only digital copies. The client will receive high resolution watermarked copies and unmarked copies for printing. Digital Files may be sent via email and/or other digital means, unless the USB stick is provided by the client.
JGUW may be able to provide photographs for private preview viewing via portfolio on the JGUW website “https://www.jaimegraceuksworld.co.uk/”. This will be provided with password protection, alongside with the agreed password. If client doesn’t request this to happen, photographs will be available for public viewing as soon as photographs are ready.
There is no minimum or maximum number of images the client will receive.

All clients’ details will not be shared to any third parties or stored online.
All booking forms (which contain personal information) will be shredded within a year of the photo shoot(s). This information is only collected to ensure any updates/communication can be passed to the client(s).
All terms and conditions forms will be kept for further referrals (this is for the client and photographers’ benefits).
Client will receive their own photocopy of the terms and conditions form if requested.
No names will be mentioned unless agreed otherwise anywhere on the website/social media/online.
