As a neurodivergent person I have become reliable on apps to help myself achieve what I have needed to do and remind myself of important things like taking my medication, appointments and housework.
I have made a list of apps that I want to share with you and I hope they help you as well.
Here is 8 apps that use mainly daily. These are android versions, so if you have iPhone please check to see if you can also get these.
- MyTherphy. This is an app to help remember and record medication- FREE
- OneCalender. This app allows you to have more then one calendar account in the same place. I have Google and Microsoft together, so I can make sure I am not double booking and not forgetting anything- FREE/PREMIUM (ONE OFF)
- To do. This is a Microsoft task app. Tasks can be added via the calendar or via this app. You can personalise lists- FREE.
- Google Task. This is a Google app. If you do tasks via the calendar they will appear on this app- FREE.
- Daylio. This is an emotion diary where you can add and change icons for certain activities- FREE/PREMIUM (YEARLY)
- Dailylife. This is a diary app where you can share your through or just keep them to yourself- FREE/PREMIUM (ONE OFF).
- Keep Notes. This is a google notes app. If you need to remember something this is the app you need- FREE.
- Water Tracker. This app reminds you want to drink. And this is not just for water. You can personalise when you want to be remembered- FREE/PREMIUM (ONE OFF).
