My Tips to You Part 1

1–2 minutes

As a neurodivergent person I have become reliable on apps to help myself achieve what I have needed to do and remind myself of important things like taking my medication, appointments and housework.

I have made a list of apps that I want to share with you and I hope they help you as well.

Here is 8 apps that use mainly daily. These are android versions, so if you have iPhone please check to see if you can also get these.

  • OneCalender. This app allows you to have more then one calendar account in the same place. I have Google and Microsoft together, so I can make sure I am not double booking and not forgetting anything- FREE/PREMIUM (ONE OFF)

wow! These are so helpful I admit I had never heard of any of these. I often use a combo of Trello and also written lists and my Google calendar to keep track of things. I had no idea Google had a task manager app. Thank you so much for sharing!

I have an app called Alarm Clock Xtreme. I’m debating taking all of my alarms from my phone and putting them into the app, because it’s backed up online, whereas the clock on my phone isn’t… and I use it to stay focused and on-task throughout the day. I’m constantly tweaking my whole system… like I just realized that the “events” I’ve been loading my Google calendar with are actually “tasks” so I’ve been converting them. It’s a dynamic system, nothing static about it. Constantly evolving and changing. Thanks for the tip on additional apps to help me hone my system’s focus and functionality!
